The main reason that we do not offer refunds is that we believe that they provide an incentive for people to resume smoking, say, "Well that did not work", and get their money back. This would allow anyone to justify "trying" to quit without ever expending any effort to do so. Our services and products are competatively priced and include no overhead for responding to enquiries, processing refunds, etc. We respectfully request that our customers simply make a very cautious purchase decision since there are no refunds.
